How Does it Work?
We use a whitening agent (a good carbamide peroxide gel) and a whitening accelerator. Our Pure White Accelerator is a LED lamp emitting cold blue light with a wavelength of around 465 nanometers. This wavelength of light is ideal for activating the gel and accelerating the whitening process. The light intensifies and releases the hydroxyl radicals that in turn speeds up the release of tooth structure stains with no side effects. The light accelerates the whitening process in just 20 minutes.

Who Should Avoid this Procedure?
Tooth whitening is not recommended for under 18's and if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Bear in mind that existing crowns or fillings will not respond to the whitening agent so if you have crowns, bridgework, dentures or extensive restorative dentistry, where the restorations are tooth-colored such as porcelains or composites, whitening will only lighten the natural tooth. People with translucent teeth, temporomandibular joint disorders, sensitive gum or gums that bleed after brushing and exposed cavities should not have this treatment.
What Happens After the Procedure?
Everyone that receives this procedure are advised to stay away from eating foods or drinking liquids that can stain the teeth for 48 HOURS !! EXAMPLES INCLUDE (Blueberries, Red Wine, Cigarettes, Coffee, Tea, Tomato Sauces and other staining foods and liquids).

Home Maintenance - Teeth Whitening Pen
The porous nature of the tooth’s dentin makes it susceptible to minor dullness and staining from things we expose our teeth to every day. Remember, anything that would stain white fabric like coffee, ketchup, wine etc. will also affect the brightness and shade of your teeth.
