Please check in at least 10 minutes prior to appointment time to fill out appropriate paperwork and prepare for your experience. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension on the scheduled service and will be responsible for full service fees.

A credit card or gift certificate number will be required for all spa service reservations.

We request a courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all spa services. Cancellations of less that 24 hours will be charged a 50% fee. Gift Certificates will be reduced to half value. No shows will be charged 100% of the fee.

Cellular Phones: Out of consideration for our quests, cellular phone usage is not permitted in the spa. Please contact the front desk staff if assistance is needed.
