Please check in at least 10 minutes prior to appointment time to fill out appropriate paperwork and prepare for your experience. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension on the scheduled service and will be responsible for full service fees.

Appointment Cancellation
We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all spa services. Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged a 50% fee.  Gift Certificates will be reduced to half value.  No shows will be charged 100% of the fee.

Package Agreements / Package Deals / Promotions
Be advised that Renewed Image does NOT issue refunds on packages purchased. Should a Client change their mind about a purchased package, Spa Credit will be issued. All packages must also be completed within the period stipulated on the agreement / deal. Any remaining services outside the specified period will be forfeited.

Clients forfeit their service if they fail to show at the scheduled time. Clients may reschedule their appointment with 24 hours advance notice (not including Sunday or Holidays). A fee will be retained no matter what the circumstance.

The cancellation fee amount charged will be credited to your next service as long as it is scheduled within 7 days of the original appointment.

Out of consideration for our guests, cellular phone usage is not permitted in the spa. Please contact the front desk staff if assistance is needed.
